Atom Girls "C", U11 2015/16, 2014-2015 (TCDMHA)

The TCDMHA Atom C Girls Brought Home the Gold Medal From OWHA Provincials!    It was a dream come true and the culmination of months of hard work when the Atom Rebels defeated local rivals, Mt. Forest 1-0 to earn the postition as the Best Atom C Team in Ontario! The coaches, parents, families and friends couldn't have been prouder of their accomplishments. They all met on Sunday afternoon in Keady with their Peewee and Bantam teammates to celebrate a historical weekend for girls hockey in Chatsworth.                                          

The "Desboro Lion's Club" Atom C Rebels defeated the Mt. Forest Rams 2-0 in exhibition play.  The Rebels had lost to Mt. Forest in a close match up for the WOAA Championship at their year end tourney three weeks ago.  The win made three wins for Chatsworth over the four times they had met Mt. Forest.  Grace Vokes got the shut out.

The Chatsworth "Desboro Lion's Club" Atom C Rebels defeated Orangeville Atom B tonight 3-0 in exhibition play. The girls travelled to Orangeville in order to continue their preparations for OWHA Provincials in Toronto April 10-12th.

The Chatsworth "Desboro Lion's Club" Atoms lost a heartbreaker in the Maroon Championship game of their WOAA FINAL on Sunday afternoon in Belmore. Despite being undefeated, in the regular season they lost 2-1 to Mount Forest in a close, fast paced game. The girls should hold their heads high as they earned the SILVER Medal and finished first in the standings in League play, having beaten Mount Forest twice previously. Their WOAA season ends at 16 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties. 

The Chatsworth Atom Girls teams were undefeated yesterday in Belmore at their WOAA year end tournament!  The Desboro Lion's Club Atom Rep girls will play against Mount Forest today at 1pm in the WOAA 2014-2015 Championship.  The Atom Girls HL team will also play today in the Finals of the White Division at 2pm.
