Atom AE, U11 2015/16, 2012-2013 (TCDMHA)

The Homelife Bayside Realty ATOM AE Rebels knew what they had to do... The MINTO REP Maddogs had NOT been scored on in all 5 of their WOAA Playoff games, so the Rebels weren't coming home from Harriston until they did just that!!! It took 3 full periods, but they pulled it off. The first 2 periods were scoreless as both Jason Rudolph-MacLeod and Tyler MacLean (Minto) were fabulous in their nets, and the whole Rebels team played together to defend Jason.

The Homelife Bayside Realty Atom AE Rebels gave up a 3 - 0 lead to the Mariposa AE Lightning to lose Game 5 of the OMHA Quarter-Final Series 4 - 3. Rebels' Captain Carson Torrie lead the team with a goal and 2 assists and Chris Hardman added 2 goals. Mariposa took over where we ended and scored twice in the 1st and twice in the 2nd to take the lead. 

The Homelife Bayside Realty Atom AE Rebels came to play today!  It was Do or DIE and the boys showed their fans they weren't done yet!!!  They took control of the game and TIED the OMHA Quarter-Final Series with a 2 - 0 WIN... After a scoreless 1st period, Jakob Moran started the scoring for the Rebels in the 2nd with his famous shot from the goal-line...the puck deflected off the goalie and flew in the net.  Alex DeJong tipped his goal in off a pass from Carson Torrie. Jason Rudolph-MacLeod very deservingly earned the SHUT-OUT! GAME 5 in KEADY @ 1:00pm SUNDAY!

It was a tough weekend for the Homelife Bayside Realty Atom AE Rebels. They took to the road Friday night for a WOAA game in Southampton vs. the Saugeen Shores AE Storm.  Unable to stay out of the penalty box ... the boys played most of the game short-handed and ended up losing 3 - 1.  Austin Waite scored the Rebels' lone goal, short-handed, and unassisted with 3:03 left in the 3rd.  Saturday, the boys headed to Little Britain (3 hours away) for Game 2 and 3 of their OMHA Quarter-Final series against the Mariposa Lightning. 

The Homelife Bayside Realty Atom AE travelled to Little Britain to play game 2 in the best of 5 OMHA quarter final series today.  The game ended in overtime with Mariposa Lighting defeating the Rebels 4-3.  Good Luck tomorrow boys and we'll see you back in Keady next Saturday.
