Some Very Fast Hockey Over in Tara!!
The Township of Chatsworth "Air-Tech Mechanical" Bantam Boys LL1 played the AEMHA Ice Dogs in playoff action on Thursday, March 8th, 2018 at the Tara Arena. This was the seventh playoff game for the Rebels who have already clinched a place in the next round of playoffs.
The game was fast right for start. Many of the fans were blown away by how quickly these young players could move the puck. Adam Gorman scored the first goal of the game at 8:04, assisted by Charlie Scott. The Ice Dogs answered back before the end of the period. 1 - 1 at the end of period one.
Period two was just as fast. The only difference was that the Rebels were unable to score, while the Ice Dogs scored three goals. 4 - 1 at the end of period two.
Period three seemed to be very fast hockey as well. The Rebels created some good scoring opportunities but were unable to capitalize on them. The Ice Dogs scored twice during period three.
Final Score: Rebels 1, Ice Dogs 6
