Charlie Scott and Jack Diaz Make Things Happen for the Rebels
The Township of Chatsworth "Air-Tech Mechanical" Bantam Boys LL#1 played Walkerton at the Tara Arena on Saturday, October 28th, 2017. This game proved to be a high scoring affair.
Jack Diaz opened the scoring early in the first period with assists going to Charlie Scott and Landon Heathers. Less than two minutes later, Charlie Scott scored from Adam Gorman. Charlie Scott then scored a second time, this time from Avery Ash....during the same shift. Walkerton came out strong in the second period, scoring three goals to tie the game. Aaron Sadler then scored, assisted by Jack Diaz to end the second period 4 -3. Walkerton scored with 2:44 left in the third period to tie up the game once more. With 32 seconds left in the game Pearce Lacey found the back of the net, assisted by none other than.....you guessed it.....Charlie Scott. Final score 5 - 4 for the Rebels. A great game by both teams!!
