Bantam Girls "C", U15 2011/2012, 2015-2016 (TCDMHA)

These amazing young ladies have dedicated the last 6 months to this team and their goal of making it to Provincials. Despite losing a couple of teammates along the way, they succeeded and went a little further … bringing home a shiny SILVER MEDAL too. CONGRATULATIONS to the 'COUNTRY CHARM MENNONITE FURNITURE' BANTAM 'C' REBELS ... THE 2016 OWHA PROVINCIAL SILVER MEDALISTS

With a 2 - 0 - 2 record in their O.W.H.A. Playdowns ... The 'Country Charm Mennonite Furniture' BANTAM C REBELS are heading to PROVINCIALS again this year. Heading into tonight's game against the undefeated South Bruce Blades, the girls were told that they needed to win to qualify.  A WIN would have put them into 1st place in the standings, BUT the top 2 teams from this division both qualify for the Provincial tournament ... and in this case a TIE was all they needed to secure the 2nd spot! 

The "Country Charm Mennonite Furniture" BANTAM C Girls were 2nd in the league, behind the Saugeen Shores B Storm all season ... and the Championship Game on Sunday ended the same way.

It was a successful day for the 'Country Charm Mennonite Furniture' BANTAM C Girls in their W.O.A.A. Year End Tournament, being held in Teeswater and Wingham. The top 3 teams all finished the round-robin 2-1-0, so it came down to points awarded per period. 1st with 10   points    - Saugeen Shores Storm 2nd with 9.5 points    - REBELS 3rd with 9    points    - South Bruce Blades So ... Rebels play the Storm in the Maroon Division Championship, Sunday at 11:30am.

In game 3 of the 'Country Charm Mennonite Furniture' BANTAM C girls' O.W.H.A. Playdowns, the REBELS came out shooting! They needed a win against the visiting Owen Sound Ice Hawks to keep them alive in the race for Provincials.
