Rebels Hold on for a 4-3 Win
On November 17th The Power Workers' Union Midget Rebels faced off against the visiting Walkerton Capitals. The boys came away with a solid 4-3 win.
The Rebels gave up an early goal but clawed back into the game at 10:03 in the first when Jordan Longland let a shot go from the point that was tipped by Talmon Ash. Next Pearce Lacey received a marvelous drop pass from Charlie Scott and then fired one into the net to give the rebels the lead.
Early in the second Dalan Frook raced in on net after a pass from William Hoare. The Capitals scored in the second and part way through the third to tie the game. Frook breaks in again for his second of the game with 1:14 left in the game to take the lead. Hoare gets his second assist on the play.
The boys held on for the win. Good job boys.
