Weekend Fun and a SILVER Medal at the WOAA Final
Submitted By Heather Vokes on Tuesday, March 28, 2017
The Xtreme Heating Peewee C girls had a blast over the weekend and bonded as a team as well as finishing with a 1-1-1 effort in the tournament that earned them the Silver Medal. We wanted to share a bit more through photos to show how this team has been able to keep going and improving regardless of their few wins.  The players and their coaches have demonstrated a lot of heart throughout the season.  Thanks to all bench staff, players and parents that made this a great season.

Thanks to our large contingency of fans that made the trek to Lucknow for the championship game.  This team is remarkable with girls living from Sauble to Leith to south of Chesley, Holland Centre and beyond. They have made friends in seven different elementary schools that they never would have met otherwise!

The girls watched some of the other Peewee teams with pizza, veggies and fruit between games.

The girls got themselves pumped in the room with a dance party before their big game.
