Bantams Split Playoff Games
The Air Tech Mechanical Bantam Rebels split their Gregg Division playoff games. The Rebels defeated the Hanover Falcons 3-1 and dropped a 6-3 decision to the Walkerton Capitals.
The Rebels travelled to Hanover Sunday night and lead 2-1 after 1 and 3-1 after 2. Ty made some solid saves in the third to preserve a 3-1 victory. Owen scored twice and Reid once. Brandon, Tyson, Mitch and Owen picked up assists.
The Capitals came to Chatsworth Tuesday night and raced out to a 3-0 lead after the 1st period. The Rebels tried to narrow the gap but every time they scored the Capitals would reply with one of their own. Owen, Mitch and Cody for our Rebels. Branson and Owen added assists.
The boys final Gregg Division round robin game will be Saturday in Ayton against the West Grey Warriors.
