WOAA Gregg Division CHAMPIONS
Led by Carson's 4 goals the Air Tech Mechanical Bantam Rebels captured the WOAA Gregg Division Championship with a 7-4 Game 6 victory over the Goderich Sailors. The Rebels won the hard fought 6 point series, 7 points to five, on home ice in front of a large, supportive crowd.

The boys copied their Game 5 blueprint and came out flying. Just 2 minutes into the game Branson (Owen, Mitch) got the Rebels on the board.  The Rebels added 3 more goals in the first to end the period up by 4. Cody (Mitch, Owen) scored the second goal and Carson added the next 2. Carson's first goal was unassisted, his second assisted by Cody and Tyson. The second period saw 6 pucks cross the goal lines with the Sailors scoring first. The Rebels matched every Sailor goal to take a 7-3 lead heading into the break. Carson completed a natural hat trick with assists to Reid and Tyson to make the score 5-1. Owen, from Branson, made it 6-2. Carson netted his fourth, from Cody, with just 59 seconds left in the 2nd. The Rebels protected the lead in the third, allowing just one more Goderich goal, to win the deciding game 7-4.

The boys would like to thank all the fans for supporting them Tuesday night. A special thanks goes out to Hannah Mustard (and her coaches) for being there when we needed her.

To coaches Bruce, Paul and Wayne, Trainers Henry and Bob - thanks for all your time and commitment, it was a great year.

To our Bantam Rebels - through your hard work and effort you gave your coaches, families and supporters lots to cheer about this year, CONGRATULATIONS
