The Xtreme Heating Peewee C Girls Tie Kincardine
The TCDMHA Xtreme Heating Peewee C girls tied Kincardine 2-2 today in
Kincardine. Everybody skated their heart out in this closely matched game. The
first period remained scoreless with both teams getting chances. Jaclyn Beirnes
was a solid presence in the net.
Finally, late in the 2nd, Kincardine shot one from the point through traffic and scored.
Not long after Lyndsay Cumming picked up a pass from her defence and cut through on a break away to score and tie it. Natalie Mole and Makaleyn Moore got the assists.
The girls fought hard with lots of shots on net throughout the second and third. In the third Jayden Thalen rushed the net and scored again to give the Rebels the lead. Jamie Norman got the assist.
Unfortunately, Kincardine scored again to tie it up just before the end of the game. The Rebel Ladies are improving every game. Way to go!
