Desboro Tire Novice C Girls off to a great start!
In the first game of the season there was heads up passing, break away scoring and strong defensive play to capture the win.
This tight knit team worked hard to keep the play in the offensive end throughout the game out shooting their opponents by a wide margin. Defenceman Jessica Clark broke loose going end to end to score the first of her career. Kailey Greig in her first ever hockey game was strong at the blue line taking a super shot that rebounded to sniper Claire Torrie who buried the rebound. Katie Murray stood tall in net making a big save in the dying minutes of the game to preserve the 2-1 win for our Rebels.
