Meuser nets lone goal!!
The Chatsworth Legion branch 464 PeeWee C girls had their second playdown game in Walkerton Monday night!

This was going to be a challenging game for the team as Walkerton is a strong competitor for the girls and it turned out to be that way.  The game was back and fourth and there was many attempts to shoot on the net but both team were very defensive!  Late in the first period Jamie Gilchrist passed the puck back to the defence Emily Meuser and she fired it! With a fluttering puck in the air it was able to make it past the Walkerton Goalie and would be the only goal of the game!  The team played hard to keep the one goal lead and they were successful! Grace Vokes was strong between the pipes and earned the shut-out for the game.

The Rebels play Walkerton again tonight in Keady in regular league action so come out and cheer them on!!
