HELD ON FOR THE WIN ...
In a VERY close match up between the 'Harold Sutherland Construction' Peewee Rep boys and the Bruce Peninsula Predators, it was the REBELS that came out on top in Game 3.
Both goalies were hot tonight and were able to keep control of the 1st period.
With just 0:24 left on the clock though, Jake Moran crossed the Predator's blue line, challenged their defence and forced the turn over. He got control of the puck and fired it in the top corner of the net.
Early in the 2nd, Ethan Harrison kept the puck in and forwarded it to Jake for a shot on net. The Predator's goalie blocked the shot, but Curtis Wade was there for the rebound.
Midway through the period Mason Arps managed to score short-handed for the Predators to close the gap to 1.
The remainder of the game went end to end, but both Jason Rudolph-MacLeod and Jimmy St.Marie shut the door and didn't allow anything else by them...Final score 2-1.
Game 4 is back in Keady on Saturday morning at 11am.
