In Period 1 Natalie Madill scored assisted by Jolie McKnight and Olivia Houston. Allison Hoy was solid in net and the team worked hard to keep Kincardine from scoring.

In Period 2 the girls opened up the scoring. Natalie Madill passed the puck from her knees out front to Lyndsay Cumming who scored. Natalie dug the puck out again and scored by rebounding it off the back of the goalie! Natalie was on fire and scored again for a hat trick. She brought the puck in and fired it in the top corner past Kincardine's goalie.

In the third period the Rebels added two more goals. Cecily Mallette passed it in to Lyndsay Cumming who passed it out front to Emma Frook to score. Then Cecily Mallette shot it in from the point to Claire Vokes who added the 6th goal of the game. Kincardine also score in the 3rd to make it 6-1.

The girls will face Bruce Peninsula in their last playdown game on March 8th to determine if they will qualify for provincials in Toronto.

In the meantime this weekend is their WOAA Final Tournament on Saturday and Sunday in Keady.  They will play Walkerton at 9:00 on Saturday and Mount Forest at 1:00.  Come on out and cheer on all the Atom teams.
