Rebels Finish Regular Season with Two More Wins!!
The Township of Chatsworth "Howell Transport" Bantam LL played the Owen Sound Junior Attack on Friday February 7th, 2020 at the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre.
Javier Koeslag was in net for the Rebels for this match up. The game started out with lots of puck movement and some potential scoring opportunities. Both teams were held off of the scoreboard until 2:26 in Period One when Emmett Jackson scored shorthanded.
Layne Edwards scored at 7:11 in the second, unassisted. Emmett Jackson scored at 6:39, 2:25 and with 20.2 seconds left on the clock to end Period Two.
The Rebels continued to score in Period Three with Jimmy Couch scoring at 11:08, Aiden Callahan-Cummins scoring at 10:46, unassisted. Jake Oatt scoring at 8:52 on a nice little passing play with Maverick Lacey. Jeffrey Rodger scored at 2:43 and Emmett Jackson scored a fifth and final goal with just 8.4 seconds left in the period.
Javier Koeslag earned the shutout. He played very well throughout the game and the defence were very effective.

The Township of Chatsworth "Howell Transport" Bantam LL played the Bruce Peninsula Northstars Black on Saturday February 8th, 2020 at the Wiarton Arena. This was the Rebels' final game of the regular season.
Wyatt Garren was between the pipes for the Rebels. The Rebels and Bruce Peninsula started off fairly even. Andersen McComb scored for the Rebels at 4:38 in Period One, assisted by Aiden Callahan-Cummins.
The Northstars tied things up right away at 14:53 in Period Two. Aiden Callahan-Cummins scored at 7:43, assisted by Maverick Lacey. The Rebels put another puck in the net at 5:57.
Jackson Greig scored at 13:44 in Period Three and again at 7:48, assisted by Emmitt Jackson and by the goalie Wyatt Garren. Jackson Greig also scored the final goal of the game, assisted by Emmitt Jackson.
Final Score: Rebels 6, Northstars Black 1
