After a bit of a break, lunch and some Christmas shopping the ladies put back on the cold wet equipment for game 3! Much like the first 2 game the team dominated the game against The Sudbury Wolves!  Scoring started from Meghan Prentice assisted by Kaitlyn Nickason next was Abby Watson from the point assisted by Natalie Madill.  Goal #3 and 4 were from Tara Meikle one unassisted and one assisted by Georgia Rutter and last but not least Kloey Jex netted one unassisted!     Now we were off to the championship game against the Barrie Sharks again, as the fought their way back and make it to the final to have a re-match with the Rebels!  The game was very different then the first game as Barrie was there to win as well!  The first was scoreless and lost of back and fourth play for both teams until Barrie was able to get one past out goalie at 5:42 in the second.  It didn’t take long for the Rebels to step it up and with a great Shot from Maggie Klunder we were all tied up!  At 11:32 in the third Jenna Bridge netted a goal assisted by Natalie Madill to give the Rebels the lead.  We were able to seal the win with a goal from Emma MacDonnell assisted by Tara Meikle for the Championship win of 3-1 over the Barrie Sharks!

All we can say as a bench staff is well done ladies and what a great team effort all the way around!!
