A Tie and a Win for the PeeWee B ladies on the weekend!
The Chatsworth Legion PeeWee B team had a home game on Saturday and away on Sunday! The Chatsworth Legion PeeWee B team had a home game on Saturday and away on Sunday!

    First game of the weekend found the team having to climbed back from begin down a couple of goals.  The Rebels were the first get on the score board with a goal from Jenna Bridge assisted by Tara Meikle.  Mitchell was quick to reply with a goal on their own and they were fast to get a second before the first we over to give them a goal advantage.  In the second Mitchell was able to get one more goal to now give them a 2 goal lead but the girls were not giving up.  They were able to get two quick goal late in the third one from Maizy Hutchinson assisted by Kloey Jex and one just seconds later from Alex Nicholls assisted by Meikle to have the game end in a 3-3 tie.

    The team then was off for a nice Sunday drive to St. Jacobs to come up against the Woolwich Wild.  This game was full of lost of back and fourth play and many shots and opportunities but was scoreless until late in the third that was when Maizy Hutchinson was able to sink one in the net past the Woolwich net minder.  Cameryn Gateman earned the shutout!

 

Next game for the Girls is on Saturday in Keady at 11:00 against the Waterloo Ravens……..GO Rebels GO!!
