Grey-Scott Socres Overtime Winner
Jamie Grey-Scott scored the overtime goal to lead the Kuhl Machine Shop Rebels to a 3-2 victory over the Hanover Falcons in their first match-up in the WOAA Midget Gregg Division Play-offs. There was only 4:36 remaining in the overtime period when Grey-Scott received a pass from Jeremy Torrie and Jordan Baumber and put it past Falcon goalie Dakota Price.
Connor McCauley also scored the Rebels first goal on a power play (assisted by Grey-Scott and Graydon McArthur). The second goal for the Rebels was scored by Torrie, again assisted by Grey-Scott and Joel Delleman. Scoring the two goals for Hanover was Noah Bennett.
The Rebels and Falcons face off against each other next on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 8 pm in Chatsworth.
