Overtime Victory in Game 2
The Kuhl Machine Shop Midget Rep Rebels emerged as the victors in the second game of their OMHA series against the Flesherton Golden Hawks. Scoring the overtime winner halfway into the overtime period was Mackenzie Pringle.
The Rebels Connor McCauley scored first with a shot from the point. This was followed by a goal from Mitchell Pringle to give the Rebels a two goal lead. However, the Golden Hawks replied with a goal of their own only 25 seconds later. The Hawks scored their second goal in the third period when they had a five on three advantage.
The win gives the Rebels a three to one point lead in this six point series. The two teams will battle it out on the ice Thursday night at 8 pm in Chatsworth for game three.
