Atom LL Exhibition Play
The TCDMHA Barrys Construction Atom LL Rebels faced off in Chesley against the Icedogs last night in local exhibition play.
The Rebels came out strong, with Dalan Frook starting the scoring in the first period, unassisted.
The I-Dogs rallied back in the 2nd period with good positional and passing plays to score 2 goals and take the lead. Later in the 2nd Curtis Wade tapped in a nice pass from Dalan Frook to even the score again.
The 3rd period was a lot of back and forth action, however the Icedogs managed to capitalize in our end and tucked in the game winning goal with only 50 seconds left in regulation.
Final score was 3-2 for the Ice Dogs.
The Rebels will be travelling to Clifford for a tourney on January 4th, and will be practicing hard today in preparation.
