Great start to the season!
The TCDMHA "Jennifer Tedford Re-max" Midget B Girls have had a great start to the 2017-18 season.  Two wins, two losses & a tie is an awesome beginning for this fantastic group of young ladies!

Although the girls worked very hard and showed signs of great things to come - the first two games of the season resulted in two losses.  The team fell 2:0 to Milverton & 4:0 to Mitchell.
With a few more practices under their belts the ladies hosted Grand River and dominated with a 3:0 win.  Brontae Frook, Kassey Mustard & Erica McComb scored for the Rebels and Hannah Mustard recorded her first shut-out of the year.
Their fourth game of the season was a rematch with the Mitchell squad.  A true back and forth battle with great offensive and defensive skills displayed by both teams.  A final score of 3:3 was well earned and a tremendous improvement by the home team from their first match up.  Scoring for the Rebels were Kassey Mustard, Mckenzie Davis & Brontae Frook.
Game five was the first time the lady Rebels would face the Mount Forest Rams.  With more penalty minutes for the visiting Rebels than we would have liked the girls showed their determination and competitive spirit by not giving up.  Mckenzie Davis scored the lone goal of the game giving the Rebels the hard-fought 1:0 win.  Hannah Mustard was strong between the pipes notching shut-out number two on the season.
Way to go ladies!  You are a pleasure to watch and we are all excited for a wonderful season ahead
