JOHNSON NETS the LONE MARKER, News, Novice Girls "C", U9, 2015-2016 (TCDMHA)

The Novice C Girls travelled to Walkerton this evening and played a strong game against the Capitals but came home with a loss.

It was a great effort from our novice girls who kept the game scoreless until the 3rd period when the Walkerton Capitals snuck two consecutive goals into the Rebels net. But, the Rebels didn't hold back as Tina Johnson made her way up the ice and scored a beautiful breakaway goal to bring the score 2-1. Unfortunately, the Rebels were unable to hold off the Capitals as they scored again to make the final score 3-1.
