REBELS CAME OUT FLYING
The TCDMHA Novice C Girls Rebels travelled to Southampton today and had a close game but fell short 4-3 to the Saugeen Shores Storm.

It was quite an exciting game as the Rebels girls came out flying with Tina Johnson scoring the first 2 goals of the game in the 1st period with one assist from Bree Wilkins. The Storm  started their comeback and tied it up early in the 2nd period. But then, Rebel Shaelynn McKee found the back of the net late in the 2nd period with an assist from Tina Johnson to take the lead again. But, the relentless Storm scored with just 4 seconds left in the 2nd period to tie it up again.

The girls continued on with an exciting back and forth game well into the 3rd period but the Storm got their final goal to take the lead. Despite great effort from the Rebels team, the girls were unable get another goal and the final score was left at 4-3 for the storm.

Addison Teeter made her debut as goalie and made some great saves to keep the game close.

Great job Rebels!
