Kuhl Machine Shop Rebels Lose in OT
In game one of the OMHA DD-D semi-finals, the Kuhl Machine Shop Rebels fell 5-4 in overtime to the Southwest Bullets.
The rebels tied the game in the third period to force overtime, but after a skirmish in front of the net, the Bullets were able to sneak the game winning goal by Aaron Johnson. Scoring for the Rebels were Morgan Ottewell, with an assist to Kai Hiemstra, Jordan Baumber, assisted by Connor McCauley and Brendan Batterman, and Nathan Scwartz had two goals, assisted by Hiemstra (2), McCauley and Cameron Stryker.
The Rebels and Bullets face off on Sunday, March 1 at 3 pm in Chatsworth for game two of this best of five series.
