STARTING 2014 OFF RIGHT! (I don't mean the snow!)
It was only an EXHIBITION game, but the Atom Rep boys had something to prove and were playing to WIN ... and they DID!

'The Great Lakes Frame Co." Atom Rep team got off to a slow start as they hosted Saugeen Shores AE in Keady last Saturday.  The Storm blew in and took a 2 goal lead, scoring early in the 1st and adding another just seconds into the 2nd.  Then something happened ... the Rebels regrouped and started playing like the team we know they can be!
Pearce Lacey started the scoring for the Rebels - assisted by Austin King and Jake Moran, and 20 seconds later they reversed the order with Jake scoring from Austin and Pearce.
Jake scored again, picking up the rebound off Jack Kivell's shot from the point, and back-handed it into the net. Austin added a power-play goal to finish off the period - assisted by Pearce and Jake.

Jason Rudolph-MacLeod and his defence kept the Storm scoreless in the 3rd, and Pearce managed to complete his hat-trick adding 2 more goals - assisted by Austin & Jack, and Jake & Colby McComb to take the game 6 - 2.

It was a long awaited victory, but we'll take it!
