Midget C Girls Split the Weekend
The TCDMHA Sierra Aggregates Midget C Rebel Girls split their weekend witha
6-3 loss against the Bruce Peninsula Wild at home on Friday night and a 6-0
win over Normanby in Ayton Sunday night.
Kristina Dyer scored 2 of the 3 Rebels goals Friday night, with Robyn Pitt chipping in the third. Cass Bridge got the hat trick for the Wild, while Chase Bridge kicked in 2 and Alexa Miller added one.
Kristina Dyer and Robyn Pitt were on the scoreboard again Sunday night, Dyer with 2 goals and Pitt with one. Nicole Stirling, Meghan Cook and Jess Bryans also netted one a piece. Patti Scarrow was stellar in net
once again for the shut-out.
The Rebels begin their provincial play down action Saturday evening when they travel to the Plex in Port Elgin to face the Saugeen Shores Storm.
