Rebels Go one and two in Mount Forest Tourney
The Township of Chatsworth Desboro Tire Novice Local League team lost two and
won once on Sunday in the Top Hat Novice Local League Tournament
In their first game the Rebels lost 6-1 to a strong Tavistock team. Dalan Frook scored the lone Rebels goal with assists going to Wesley Houston and Pearce Lacey.
The Rebels came back with a better effort in the second game but came up short losing 4-2 to the Mitchel Meteors. Pearce Lacey had both goals for the Rebels, one was unassisted while the other one was assisted by Summer Roney and Wesley Houston.
The Rebels finally got into the win column in their last game winning 4-2 against the Ayr Flames. Dalan Frook had the Hat Trick for the Rebels and Pearce Lacey added the fourth goal. Landon Heathers assisted on one of Frook's goals.
Great effort Rebels.
The Novice LL Rebels will play Owen Sound Novice Select on Thursday March 29th at the Bayshore.
