Desboro Garage Peewee Rebels move on to Championship Round!!!!
The TCDMHA Desboro Garage Peewee LL Rebels move on to the Championship round after tieing the Bruce Penninsula Wild 4-4 on Sunday.
The Rebels got off to a shaky start in the First period and it took till the Second period before we could get one past the Wilds netminder.. The Wild were up 2 -0 on the Rebels but we persevered and Clayton Wathke (assisted by Will McNabb) added our first of 4 goals. Then Connor Bye (assisted by Will Kavanaugh) added one, which tied us up. Then The Rebels Cole McCracken (McNabb and Skylar Golem)) put us up by 1 goal and shortly after Will McNabb (McCracken and Jeremy Skippen) gave the Rebels a 2 goal lead. But 2 shorthanded goals by the Wild tied up the game again. With a lot of Chances in the 3rd period.. neither team could score so we went into overtime and Still the netminders wouldn't let anything past. Final: 4-4.
