PINK ON the RINK - SILVER MEDALISTS
The Desboro Lions Club Atom "C" Girls participated in the South Huron Pink on the Rink and came home with SILVER MEDALS 

Friday at 9am against Lucan the girls lost 7-1 with Claire Vokes getting the lone goal. 

Next they faced Huron Heat and won 7-0.  M J Klunder earned the shut out.  Claire Vokes scored 4 goals, Julia Sutherland 2 and Racher Sweiger had one.

Saturday afternoon they met Parkhill, earning a 5-2 win and a spot in the finals Sunday. Claire Vokes scored 4 goals, Rachel Sweiger added one.

Sunday at noon in the final against a strong Lucan team the girls lost 6-1.  Claire Vokes scored the lone goal.

The girls should be proud of their weekend!  They played well and had fun together.  Great Job!
