REBELS tie the Undefeated WEST GREY Ladies
The TCDMHA "Gaviller & Company" Bantam C girls faced their biggest rivals tonight at the Durham Community Centre. Facing the undefeated West Grey squad the lady Rebels were looking to hand them their first loss of the season.
The Chatty girls went into the 3rd period behind by one but Madison Doig tied it up midway through 3rd with a beauty unassisted goal from the point. One minute later Emily Moore had everyone on their feet giving us the go ahead goal. Goal was assisted by Jessica Moran.
Although West Grey snuck one into the back of the net before the end of the game...the Rebels are proud of handing the top team their first "non-win" of the season. A final score of 2:2!!
WHOOT WHOO!! Way to go ladies...a great game and one you should all be proud of!!
