The TCDMHA Atom LL Rebels took on
the Bruce Peninsula Wild in Wiarton on Sunday. The Rebels started out slow but
Curtis Wade started the scoring for the Rebels with a goal in the second,
assisted by Talmon Ash and Pearce Lacey to tie the game at one.
Rebels had a great third period when they needed to step it up. Jeremy Kirk, Ash, and Dalan Frook both made great passes to setup TCDMHA goals for Clayton Kreuger and Grant Stephen. Pearce Lacey scored one all on his own and Owen Mackison in net was a wall when they needed him to be to secure the 4-1 victory. The forwards played very well keeping the pressure on. As usual, the defense played a solid game.
With the playoffs just around the corner, the team is playing some of its best hockey of the season.
Dalan Frook was named the game MVP. Great work Team!
