LAKERS NIP REBELS IN LL ACTION
It was a well played game on both sides as the Township of Chatsworth Barry's
Construction LL Rebels took on the Shallow Lake Lakers 2 on home ice Saturday.
The Rebels, as a whole, played very well and goalie, Owen Mackison, played an outstanding game.
The game was back and forth but remained scoreless until the third period when the Lakers snuck one through.
Despite the benefit of an extra man in the last very exciting minutes of play, the Rebels couldn't get one back and the game ended 1-0 for the Lakers.
Player of the game award went to Clayton Kreuger for his efforts with positioning, line changes, and for skating hard start to finish.
