Tough Loss but Fought Hard!!!
The TCDMHA Country Charm Mennonite Furniture Bantam Girl's were ousted from
The St. Thomas Tournament Saturday with a 4-0 loss to the host St. Thomas team.
The game was even until the second period, as St. Thomas' Kirsten Vandenbroek
got them on the board. The girl's fought hard to even the score but were unable
to put one passed the St. Thomas netminder. The Rebels played much of the game
shorthanded, after some questionable penalty calls (and some players sidelined
with illness and injuries on the bench). Amandah Gill played a strong game in
net and was named the Rebel's game 3 MVP Great effort girls!
