Rebels Travel to Wiarton and Face The Wild!!
The TCDMHA Ed McNabb Roofing Novice LL#1 Rebels travelled to Wiarton to face the Bruce Peninsula Wild in WOAA Novice North playoff action. The Rebels prevailed by a score of 4-2. Dalan Frook scored a hat trick and added an assist while Austin King scored a goal and rounded off a four point day with three assists. Wes Houston and Kerry Lyn Weppler each had an assist. Nick Garrett made his season debut in goal and held the persistent Wild offence to just 2 goals. Briann Gilbert scored the two Wild goals while Taylor Chegahno, Drew Lozon and Zack Telford had assists. The Rebels host the Shallow Lake Lakers on March 8th 2011 at 7 PM.
