Atom Girls Finish 2010 with a win
The Homelife Bayside Realty Atom Girls finished off 2010 on top beating the Mount Forest Rams 2 to 1 on Thursday afternoon in Mount Forest.
This is the third time these two teams have met this season and each team had one win a piece heading into the game. But the Rebels came on strong with Ashlyn Mackison getting the first goal of the game within the first minute of play with Erica McComb & Kassey Mustard assisting. Our second goal was scored by Erica McComb unassisted also in the first period. The Atom girls continue to be a force to be reckoned with and will try to keep up their perfect record on home ice next Wednesday as they face off against Owen Sound.
