Game One Year End Tourney
The Country Charm Mennonite Furniture Bantam C Rebels were matched up with Georgian Shores for game one of the year end playoffs.
Opening the scoring for Georgian Shores was Katie Pedlar late in the 1st period with a trickler past Patti Scarrow but not to be outdone for that period, the Rebels own Morgan Potter fired one past their goalie to end the period tied. Again late in the 2nd period, a goal from Shawna Wren put Georgian Shores ahead but Kelli Bradley (Potter) put one past their goalie to end the 2nd period in a tie. Less than a minute into the 3rd, Abby Sewell netted the game winning goal for Georgian Shores with the Rebels unable to pop one in to tie it up! Good game ladies!
