Country Charm Mennonite Furniture Bantam C team traveled to Owen Sound on Sunday for their 2nd game of the playdowns.
Owen Sound was on the board first . TCD team started out slow, took a few opportunities but were shut down by the Owen Sound goalie until late in the 2nd when Kelli Bradley took a shot from the blue line and placed it nicely in the back of the net to tie it up. We came back with two more goals in the 3rd from Amanda Cook and Melissa Stirling to end the game 3-1.
