Stryker Scores First Goal of Season!
Cameron Stryker (assisted by Andrew Wheeler and Tyler Dietrich) opened the scoring for the AIR TECH MECHANICAL Bantam Rep Rebels on Monday, January 10 in a 3-2 loss to the C.A.W. Saugeen Shores Storm.
The Storm travelled to Chatsworth for the Rebels last game of WOAA league play. Myles Johnson (assist to Wheeler) also scored for the Rebels with another great shot from the point. The Rebels were down 2-0 and came back to tie the game. Unfortunately, Steve Langendoen scored the game winner for the Storm late in the third period. The other Storm goals went to Matt Teschke and James Besito.
The Rebels finish the season with a 7-9-2 record. They go on to play the Teeswater Otters in the first round of OMHA playdowns. Game 1 is at 2 pm on Saturday, January 15 at 2 pm in Chatsworth.
