Built On The Amalgamation Of
Chatsworth, Desboro & Keady Minor Hockey
After 4 years of meetings and planning The Township of Chatsworth & District Minor Hockey's first offical season in operation was the 2005 - 2006 season. Although a new minor hockey association we have many years combined experience from the original three centres of Chatsworth, Desboro & Keady.
TCDMHA is part a rural community located in Grey County. TCDMHA provides hockey to players from the Township of Chatsworth & Georgian Bluffs and surrounding area as defined in our OMHA approved borders. Our centre is a member of the WOAA, offering hockey for players 4 to 17 years, in divisions Mite to Midget. Our centre is classed as a ‘DD’ centre with our registration averaging 250 players a year. Our centre is fortunate to have 3 arenas within our borders, Chatsworth, Desboro, Keady.
The executive members of the Township of Chatsworth & District Minor Hockey Association (T.C.D.M.H.A.) would like to welcome all old and new registrants! We are currently gearing up for another spectacular season of fun and learning (and hockey, of course!!)
This season we have 19 teams with representative teams from Novice to Bantam and a local league team each in Mite, Tyke X2, Novice X2, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam & Midget. In addition we have 6 girls teams Atom, 2 PeeWee, 2 Bantam & Midget participating in the WOAA Women's Hockey League.
We hope the season will again bring fun, rewarding experiences, new friendships and a sense of accomplishments to all involved. We trust everyone will play safe, and support one another in our bid to be friends, competitors and sportsmen.
