U11 OMHA REBELS OFF TO A GOOD START
The U11 Rebels have been bringing the heat over their last 4 games. They are currently sitting at 3 wins and 1 tie.

First game playing host to the Owen Sound Jr Attack Gold and coming out with a 6-3 win. Goals were being sniped by Beau H for 2, Maverick H for 2 and singles from Wesley L. And Madden R. Turner A. lit it up on the defensive end making some incredible saves in net.

Game 2 the Rebels fought hard for a 7-7 tie against the AEMHA Ice Dogs B. It was a back and forth game but the Rebels managed to keep up with the Ice Dogs, but couldn't sneak in another before the buzzer.  Helping out the scoreboard was Maverick H with a hatrick, Wesley Lane (2), and Turner A and Madden R both with 1.

The Rebels then traveled to Port Elgin Plex to take on the Saugeen Shores Storm where they came home with a incredible 10-0 win. Riley T started off the scoring streak and was able to net 3 for the game. Right being him was Maverick H also with 3 goals, Madden R was able to find the back of the net for 2 goals, and a single each for Wesley L and Ben H.

On the road again The Rebels went head to head at the Bayshore with the Owen Sound Jr. Attack White and defeating them in a 6-0 game. Rebels had a slow start but were able to pick up the pace a couple notches with their first goal by Maverick H. Beau H worked his magic to net 2. Hunter R fought hard to sneak one past the goalie. Turner A found the back of the net for 1 and Maverick H added a second.

In our last 2 games Hunter H made some great saves in net and earned 2 well deserved shut outs!

It's been awesome to see the U11 Rebels come together and show lots of team spirit on and off the ice! Way to go Rebels.

Come cheer them on as the head back on the road to Southampton to take on the Saugeen Shores Storm 2, Sunday Nov. 16 at 5:30pm

Essentially a rural community, the Township of Chatsworth takes its flavour from the farmlands and forests surrounding it. We welcome visitors to stop and visit as you drive through central Grey County. Amalgamated January 1, 2000, the Township of Chatsworth is made up of the former Townships of Holland and Sullivan and the Village of Chatsworth. The Township population is approximately 8,000 in an area of 260 square miles. Agriculture is the most predominant industry in the Township. There are also a significant number of sawmills in the township, many operated by the Amish community. Tourism and recreation are a growing industry. The Niagara Escarpment, 6 county forests, numerous conservation areas, inland lakes and major rivers provide plenty of year round activities including hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing.
Township of Georgian Bluffs
Just a few hours from major Ontario cities, Georgian Bluffs is a collection of communities stretching north from Chatsworth to just south of Wiarton. Copper Kettle, Cobble Beach, Slough of Despond, Big Bay, Oxenden, Balmy Beach… these are just some of the names that paint a picture of the Georgian Bluffs canvas along the Georgian Bay Coastal Route.
