Rebels take the Sting out of the Hornets!!
The TCDMHA Edward McNabb Roofing Midget LL Rebels downed the Howick Hornets 3-2 in Local League action Tuesday Night.
The Rebels were the first to get on the scoreboard within the first 3 minutes of the first period by an unassisted goal from Evan Longland, then Evan added his second of the night giving the Rebels a 2 goal lead. Into the second we went and Longland netted his hat trick. It was looking to be a clean sweep, but Howick potted 1 of their own to get on the scoreboard, then another in the 3rd to bring them 1 goal shy of a tie, But the Rebels persevered and held the lead winning 3-2.
