Championship Game Here We Come!
Your Chatsworth Legion Branch 464 PeeWee 'C' Girls earned top spot in their division at the Milverton Royals 2013 Holiday Challenge taking them to the finals today at 4pm.

The first game saw the team play off against a local rival ~ the Mount Forest Rams.

The sole Rebel goal of the game scored halfway through the first period was awarded to Tristin Brown, assist going to Gabby McNabb.

The Rebels remained in the lead until shortly into the third period when the Rams fought hard to put one to the back of the net on goalie Carly Juby - Rams goal scored by Taylor McLellan assisted by Taryn North.

So the Rebels and Rams ended our first game of the tournament in a 1:1 tie.

Tristin Brown was selected MVP of the game.

Game number two saw the Rebels face the Wilmot Wolverines - the first time these teams would meet up in tournament play.

Grace Kivell started the girls off with a sweet goal less than 2 minutes into regulation game play assisted by Madison  Vokes.

The Wolverines responded a few minutes later with their only goal of the game scored by Taryn McIntyre, assisted by Julia James.

With no goals being scored by either team in the second, the girls saw a different team in the third when they scored two more times finishing off the game with a 3:1 win against the Wolverines.  Goals were scored by Gabby McNabb & Tristin Brown with assists going to Brown & Brontae Frook.

Gabby McNabb was selected MVP of the game.

The girls finished first in their pool which earned them a spot in the Championship game today at 4pm - Good Luck Rebels ... we know you can do it!
