The Atom LL Rebels faced off against the Bruce Peninsula Predators Sunday night in Wiarton in local league play.
There was some back and forth action that had the Preds up 3-0 going into the 3rd period.
Our goalie, Owen Mackison, made some great saves to keep us close in the game.
Late in the 3rd the Rebels were finally able to score from a nice shot at the hash-marks from Curtis Wade.
Even though the Rebels had several chances, the bounces didn’t go our way. Final score 3-1 for Bruce Peninsula.
We have a rematch this Saturday at home, and the Rebels will be looking for redemption.
