Series Tied at One
In the preliminary round of OMHA playdowns, the Township of Chatsworth Kuhl Machine Shop Midget Rep Rebels hosted the Arthur Vipers on Friday, January 30.  The Rebels lost in overtime by a score of 6-5.

The Rebels opened the scoring halfway through the first period with a goal by Cameron Stryker (assisted by Joel Delleman)  Arthur replied with a goal of their own and then scored again as the buzzer ended the first period.  Heading into the second, Arthur had the momentum and scored their third goal of the game. The Rebels then scored four times to make the game 5-3.  Scoring for the Rebels were Kai Hiemstra with 3 goals (assists to Morgan Ottewell, Connor McCauley and Jacob Roney) and Joel Delleman (assisted by Cameron Stryker) with a single.  Arthur scored at the end of the second with a another power play goal.  With only 41 seconds remaining in regulation, Arthur tied the game to force the game into sudden victory overtime.  With 3:05 on the clock, Arthur scored their sixth goal. This best of five series is now tied at one game each.  Game three is on Sunday evening in Arthur.
