Howell Transport U15 Rebels VS Saugeen Storm
Howell Transportation U15 Rebels hosted the Saugeen Shores Storm at the Markdale Arena on November 14th.
After a great win against the Bruce Peninsula Northstars the Rebels we’re ready to walk away with another win.
In the first period we pulled ahead with a quick 1-0 lead thanks to an amazing goal by (24)Easton Croft. The Storm tied it up with three and a half minutes left in the first and both teams quickly got ready to pull ahead in the second period. After a long fought second period (26)Ashton Spencer got a terrific goal (with an assist from (20)Kody Cook) and the Rebels were back on top again. They fought hard through the rest of the second and stoped The Storm from having any chance of tying the game up.
The Rebels got a quick break between the second and third period and came back on the ice ready to walk away with a win. Unfortunately, with less than three minutes on the clock, The Storm managed to tie the game up. The Rebels tried but even with a time out, they couldn’t manage to get another goal. Even though they came off the ice with a 2-2 tie against the Saugeen Shores Storm, the Rebels can’t wait for there next game and are even more anxious to play the Storm again, and show them just how great the Rebels are.
