Bantam Local League Wins!! The Township of Chatsworth "Howell Transport" Bantam Local League Team played Saugeen Shores #2 on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 at the Tara Arena. This was the Rebel's second regular season game and they were looking for a win!!
Saugeen Shores scored the first goal of the game at 12:27. William Hoare answered back for the Rebels at 7:41, unassisted. Saugeen Shores notched a second goal at 5:13 and William Hoare tied things up once again at 2:27, unassisted. The score was all tied up at two goals apiece at the end of Period One.
At 5:24 in Period Two, Emma Frook scored for the Rebels, assisted by James Pinckston. Saugeen Shores scored at 5:11 to tie things up once again.
The third period was very exciting. Both teams were trying to create scoring opportunities and at 6:56 Amelia Patterson got the job done when she scored, assisted by Adam Gorman and James Pinckston.
This would prove to be the game winner!!
FINAL SCORE: 4 - 3 for the Rebels
