We Are Very Proud of Our 2017 - 2018 Pewee Local League Team
The Township of Chatsworth "Barry's Construction" Pewee Boys LL played their eighth playoff game on Saturday, March 10th, 2018. This game was against the Saugeen Shores Storm LL2 and it was played at the Keady Arena. The winner of this game would advance to the championship round. Both teams were eager to play the game that they love.
The Storm opened the scoring in period one. They scored at 6:35 and at 3:35. 2 - 0 at the end of period one.
The Storm would score one goal during period two. Rebel's goalie Javier Koeslag denied many scoring opportunities and even treated the fans to some dance moves over the course of the game. Just like the rest of his team, Javier's goal is to give it his best and try to make some great plays along the way. Winning is NOT everything but playing as a team IS!! The score was 3 - 0 at the end of period two.
The determined Storm scored another goal at 3:18 in period three. The Rebels got on the board a minute later when Andersen McComb made a speedy breakaway and netted a beauty, assisted by Sheldon Rodger.
