Another Hat Trick for Aiden Callahan-Cummins in Playoff Win!!
The Township of Chatsworth "Barry's Construction" Pewee Boys LL played their fifth playoff game on Tuesday, February 27th, 2018. This game was against the Bruce Peninsula Predators at the Wiarton Arena. Robert LaFond was between the pipes for the Rebels in this match-up and he performed his duties with excellence.
Things were scoreless in the first period until Aiden Callahan-Cummins scored, assisted by Ethen Blakey and Jordan Brown. Off to period two.
The Predators tied things up at 13:24 in period two. At 6:43, Aiden Callahan-Cummins struck again to put the Rebels in the lead once more. This goal was assisted by Sheldon Rodgers. And just when the crowd thought that the period was over, Maverick Lacey scored with 0.03 left on the clock, assisted by Jackson Greig and Xander Kirk. Off to period three.
Aiden Callahan-Cummins scored his third goal of the game at 11:06, unassisted. The Predators did not give up and scored at 8:04. The Rebels scored a final goal with 0.19 left in period three. This goal was scored by Jackson Greig and was assisted by Ethen Blakey.
