Aiden Callahan-Cummins Scores Hat Trick in Play Off Win!!
The Township of Chatsworth "Barry's Construction" Pewee Boys LL played their second playoff game on Thursday, February 15th, 2018. This game was against the Shallow Lake Lakers and took place at the Shallow Lake Arena. Robert LaFond was in net for the Rebels and he made many great saves throughout the evening, much to the delight of the fans!!
The Rebels scored the only goal in the first period. Aiden Callahan Cummins scored at 3:40, assisted by Xander Kirk and Sam Potter. Aiden Callahan-Cummins would score again at the 10:07 mark in the second period, assisted by Ethen Blakey. Shallow Lake scored about a minute later to bring the score to 2 - 1.
The Rebels came out a bit slow after the flood but they eventually got back into the game and took over control of the puck at key times. With 1:02 left in the game, Aiden Callahan-Cummins completed his hat trick, scoring a nice goal, unassisted.
Final Score: Rebels 3, Lakers 1
