A Play Off Hat Trick for Charlie Scott
The Township of Chatsworth "Air-Tech Mechanical" Bantam Boys LL1 played the Ripley Wolves on Monday, February 12th, 2018 at the Ripley Arena. This game consisted of three 15 minute periods. Dalan Frook started the scoring on a breakaway at the 8:19 mark in the first period. Curtis Wade scored next on a breakaway at 1:37. Things got even better when Jack Diaz scored at 1:26, assisted by Charlie Scott. 3 - 0 at the end of period one.
Charlie Scott scored the first goal of period two, on a beautiful spinning pass from Adam Gorman. That play was started by Jack Diaz. Dalan Frook used his quick hands to score his second goal of the game, assisted by Jack Kivell and Aaron Sadler. Ripley scored the next two goals of the game. Charlie Scott finished the period with a super one-timer that was patiently set up by Pearce Lacey, while the Rebels were short handed. 6 - 2 at the end of period two.
Charlie Scott scored the first goal of period three, his third goal of the game, assisted by Jack Diaz. Ripley answered back with two goals. Curtis Wade then scored, assisted by Pearce Lacey. Ripley scored two more goals before the final buzzer.
Final Score: Rebels 8, Wolves 6
Both teams were really fast. The puck never seemed to stop moving.
